Personal subscription rates apply only to
individuals certifying that the journal is ordered for their personal use. A
personal check must accompany such order. Library subscription rates apply to
all institutions and organizations. A library order requesting shipment to
individuals will be honored only if subscription at institutional rate is also
received at such library. All prices include periodicals postage and
complimentary online access. All
subscription orders are payable in advance in U.S. dollars through a U.S.
bank; credit cards are not currently accepted. All prices are subject to

days. Missing copies will be replaced only if valid claims are received within
